This morning, the annual Radio Festival gets under way in Salford Quays.
TDC’s Heather Davies will be working with Kate Cocker and a team of 15 volunteer producers and presenters to create a series of podcasts throughout the Festival starting tonight, and covering the highlights from all the sessions and events throughout the Festival.
The volunteers come from across voluntary and professional radio and they’ll be out and about among the delegates getting you all the headlines, and may be even some gossip, from Radio Festival 2011.

Kate Cocker is a Director of coaching company What Goes On Media, and produces for BBC Radio 6 Music. Heather Davies is one of the newly announced “30 Under 30″ and produces for Trevor Dann’s Company.
